The units are let UNFURNISHED. No build in cupboards. A bar fridge is provided to each unit. Tenants will also have access to a large communal kitchen with a stove top and oven should they wish to prepare larger meals. Improvements to the property are done on a continuous basis and more facilities will be added in due course.
Wi-Fi is available and the property is well secured. On site parking is available at an additional fee. Water usage and electricity as pre-paid individually per unit.
Applicants will be screened and need to provide proof of employment and income, ID and current proof of address as well as contactable references. A deposit equal to one month's rent is required before occupation is given. Rent is payable upfront at the beginning of the month. Tenants may not run any form of business from the property.
