In each room are a three quarter bed with mattress, desk, wardrobe and bookshelves. A kitchenette and bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet are shared by two rooms in the 2-bedroom units. (No appliances in units are included, tenants to bring fridge, induction stove plate, microwave oven etc. for personal use). Students have access to communal living areas with DSTV and a communal kitchen with inductions stove plates, an oven, washing machines and a tumble dryers.   

Electricity usage of communal areas is included in the rent. Units have pre-paid electricity. Hot and cold water are also included in the rent. A cleaning service cleans the communal areas on a daily basis. Wi-fi access available, usage for tenants own account.   

Rental term: 1 July 2026 till 30 November 2026 with the option to renew.  

Once off Admin Fee of R1500 +VAT and once off Credit check fee of R300 + VAT payable when an application is approved and the lease agreement is drafted for signature.    

Deposit: ONE month's rent payable on signature of lease.
